In 2000, I hit rock bottom. Burnout. Divorce. Stage IV Cancer.
Walking every day wasn’t a hobby—it was survival.
But something unexpected happened: walking healed me. Body. Mind. Soul.
Step by step, I invented something new—before it had a name. A kind of coaching that moves with you, grounded in nature and presence. I called it Walking Coaching. Years later, it got recognized for innovation.
I never advertised. People found me—word of mouth, chance meetings, crossing paths. They showed up broken, exhausted, anxious, lost. They walked with me because walking together brought them back to themselves—deeply, gently, fully.
Today, I guide individuals and teams through transformational walks combining coaching, mindfulness, self-reflection, and energy awareness. This isn’t therapy, and it isn’t performance coaching. It’s raw presence in motion—outdoors, compassionate, real-time.
