In 2000, life hit me hard — burnout, divorce, cancer. I broke down.
In 2001, I broke through, inventing my own job as a Walking Coach — healing reconnecting with myself through nature. Step by step. And helping others do the same.
In 2003, I left Germany with my two kids and moved to Mallorca. A new chapter, a new identity. One day, someone from a model agency approached me. Why not, I thought — and modeling became my next experiment.
But in 2010, everything changed.
My stepson died. I fell into grief. I couldn’t help my kids. I couldn’t even help myself. I didn’t want to do anything anymore. Not coaching. Not modeling. Nothing.
Then came a strange whisper:
“Go to America.”
It made no sense — I’d already lived there. Raised my kids there. Built a home. Why go back?
Did it anyway….. in the plane, in a low moment, I caught myself thinking:
“If someone offered me a small role in a movie… no audition… just enough to cover the flight… I wouldn’t say no.”
Three weeks later, I was walking aimlessly through Venice Beach, California, when a message came in:
“You got the part. No casting. Just say yes.”
And so I did.
That moment cracked something open — not just in my career, but in my soul.
It was the beginning of a new kind of story.
Today, I tell stories to heal.
Mine. Yours. All of ours.
Through speaking, performing, and playful truth-telling, I help people reconnect with what’s real — and remember who they were before the world told them who to be.
