Throughout my work as an actress, songwriter, and coach, I’ve pursued one mission: transforming the “lead” of heavy experience into the “gold” of art and awareness.
Stop living in the reruns. Most of what you call “me” is just archive footage—ancient survival tactics and dusty scripts running your life on loop. They were your bodyguards once; now, they’re just hijacking the ride.
The Golden Sh¡t Show is my improvised laboratory for agency. Driven by your raw impulses, I bring the inner chaos onto the stage. We don’t analyze the knot—we squeeze it until it pops.
- Lead the Bodyguards: The Watchdog, the Critic, and the Protector are meant to work for you, not tyrannize you. It’s time to stop being held back and start leading the team.

In meiner Arbeit als Schauspielerin, Songwriterin und Coach verfolge ich eine Mission: das „Blei“ schwerer Erfahrungen in das „Gold“ von Kunst und Bewusstheit zu verwandeln.
Hör auf, die Wiederholungen abzuspielen. Das meiste, was du „Ich“ nennst, ist bloß Archivmaterial—uralte Überlebensstrategien und verstaubte Skripte auf Dauerschleife. Früher waren sie deine Bodyguards; heute kapern sie bloß die Fahrt.
The Golden Sh¡t Show ist mein improvisiertes Labor für Handlungsfähigkeit. Ich nehme eure Impulse und bringe das innere Chaos live auf die Bühne. Wir analysieren den Knoten nicht—wir drücken so lange drauf, bis er platzt.
- Die Bodyguards führen: Der Wachhund, der Kritiker und die Beschützerin sollen für dich arbeiten, nicht dich tyrannisieren oder aus Angst zurückhalten. Es ist Zeit, die Führung zu übernehmen.
