Everything is changing right now. Rarely in a straight line
Structures that used to hold are quietly dissolving. New ones form before we can even name them. If you’re facing a decision right now — professional, creative, personal — you’ve probably felt this already: there’s no stable “after” to steer toward anymore. Just motion.
But behind the chaos, there’s still a structure. It’s called life.
And life works best when we let it — and get out of its own way. But what does this mean…
A decision-helper I keep coming back to:
Does this choice move me closer to my goal AND deeper into life — or is it a scarcity move, just getting me further into survival mode?
Not a right-or-wrong test. A way of sensing more precisely before you act. Sometimes the “safe” choice is the one that carries you furthest from your own life.
I explore what it means to be human, and I build experiences that actually touch people. Not more possessions. Not the illusion of security. More aliveness — that’s the real target.
We already know that more doesn’t automatically mean better or safer. So where do you orient instead? Breathwork, yoga retreats, a nervous-system reset, a better workout routine — all of it can help. But it often just patches individual holes instead of seeing and feeling the whole. That’s exactly where I want to start.
A few signs worth noticing:
Not the big dramatic collapse — the quiet signals, long before that. Sleep that’s gotten thinner. Alcohol or coffee doing more of the emotional regulation than it should. Chasing one vacation/restreat to recover from the last one, instead of a life you don’t need to escape from.
None of these are a verdict. They’re just data — information your system is handing you, if you’re willing to actually look and dare to feel.

Introducing: The Golden ShiFt Show
Let’s play — with your inner antagonists.
A live format that scales from a short teaser (5–10 minutes, ideal as a program segment) to a full show (50–90 minutes, with audience dialogue and live songs). Either way: one real, tangled situation from the audience becomes a performed inner scene within seconds. No lecture, no theory — a live experiment on exactly what’s above: making the voices that decide between living and surviving visible, and playable. For anyone who wants something other than the usual on their next stage, session, or program.
More soon — or reach out now if it already sounds like your kind of thing.
And a song for it: “You Can’t Run Away” 🎵
Spending a lifetime running behind crazy dreams and ideas
Reaching them is only a fun short time, pretty soon the excitement disappears
Looking for relief and fun in every single direction
Anything in the world could do to give you some kind of satisfaction
But you can’t run away, you can’t run away from you
Sitting still some sort of pain or anger or fear starts to appear
It’s monkey mind driving you nuts until you dare to face that fear
It’s great to know stuff and do stuff and keep stuff and to share
The key is staying humble, respectful and spread some tender love and care
But you can’t run away, you can’t run away from you
In this world of being, feeling and logic
Is you and me allowing consciously to flow with the magic
What you think you know and what you’re here for is another story
Sit down, relax and let the divine grace create the glory
But you can’t run away, you can’t run away from you

Why follow this at all
Not a sales newsletter. No 5-step formula. Real impulses for staying alive — from someone who actually lives between nature, stage, coaching, music, and movement, and looks exactly where decisions, art, and real humanness cross. If you’re deciding, building, or shaping something new right now — you won’t find off-the-shelf answers here. Just questions that move you forward and drive you towards “living into the answers” – as Rilke would say…
Much Love and lovely day to all
Manuela
